how to make VISTA run fast ?????

I did like to ask a qus. about VISTA. my Qus. is HOW TO MAKE VISTA RUN FASTER ???

P:S:... pls explain in simple language sourabh...taki hum jaise logon k b samjh me aaye ..thnkx....

Disabling disallows the services run from by itself. Although you can access the services, also also enable later on.
