    Hi Frenz,

Of late I have got many complains about the formating of font being not done while posting... so in this tuitorial i'll show you a very simple method by which you can eaisly format your posts...

By default when you start posting your posts the "switch editor mode" (shown in the image below) is active ie; shown in RED colour like in the image ...just before makeing a post, means before entering the text or image, you simply need to swtich OFF this editor mode by clicking on the button now the button will turn like all other buttons n you can edit your post...

Youy may want to know why this button is there... well when this button is active , all You have to do is copy n pste any material directly in the posting window, and it come as it is on the other web page, YOU CANNOT FURTHUR EDIT IT'S, SIZE, COLOR OR FONT when this button is active... to have fonts in your own defined colour, size, or font you need to disactivate this button...

Hope this tuitorial will be helpful to you, You can approach any admins or mods if you still have any doubts.

    Regards,
    Raj

In the view of the change in the "Text Editor" in our forum, I feel it will be important to update this post. so here we go.

all the buttons in the new Text Editor is explained in the link below.

here I'll explain just 2 buttons necessary to on or off extra buttons & editor mode

Forum Tuitorial - font formating Text-editor-1_zpseee6cccb

As seen above I have marked the 2 buttons

the 1st "More/Less" Button when clicked will show you more options in the buttons menu.

the 2nd button "Switch editor Mode" is ON by default.

when in "ON" position the text will be pasted as you have copied ( better known in computer world as "What You See Is What You Get or WYSIWYG)
further when you apply the modifications ( like bold or italic the text) they will immediately show in your post BEFORE "sending" the post
    (See Imgs In below post)

when "Switch editor Mode" is OFF, the text will be pasted as plain text WITHOUT any formatting like bold or italic etc.
Further when you apply any formatting it will appear in BB codes format as shown in the image in next post.
This mode is good for members who like to control more basic modifications.

How to apply text "Formatting" with "Switch editor Mode" OFF :

as shown in the image below, to apply the formatting when "Switch editor Mode" is off, you need to select (highlight)the full text ( or part of the text if you are formatting only specific part) and apply the format ( lik bold or italic etc)
