When ever we connect to any Network (either LAN,MAN,WAN or Internet) we got some IP from the subscriber and this IP is unique in that Network for the Instance until our lease expires.
Lease term means that the timing upto which that IP is not assigned to other persons computer. This lease time is very less for the Internet.
Each and every time our IP address changes until and unless we don't have static IP in the network. Mainly Offices uses static IP instead of dynamic IP.
Most of the persons have some doubt about this fact. Hope this clarify the doubt of the persons....
