Tossing encouraging, loving words bring great rewards.
Then, generously measuring our positive words and
controlling the negative ones to our friends and associates
will add a great deal of joy to our personal journey.
Here are a few ideas that have "measuring" more generously:

1. "Thank you!" -
The more I say it, the better it is for everyone around me.
When I have taken things for granted, it has benefited neither
me nor my benefactor. It is a great practice to use those two words
often. Those around us will never tire of them. And we may find
that they are more willing to work with us if we use those magic words.

2. "I forgive you" -

Forgiving can be a hard thing to do. It may take a long while.
And by forgiving, we may not necessarily be able to keep a
relationship together as we may have wanted.
But at least the burden no longer sits on our shoulders.
Christ has clearly told us that He will forgive whom
He will forgive, but for us, "it is required that you forgive
all men." The blessing of forgiveness helps everyone.

3. "What can I do for you?" -
If you are not prone to ask this question often, your family or
friends may wonder what is going on. Surprise them and
become the "giver". Be the one who thinks of the other person
rather than expecting the others to 'understand' or 'be there' for you.
In fact, as we get into the habit of doing things for others,
it will become easier to know what to do when a need arises.
Perhaps this is another blessing that comes from being
"doers of the word and not hearers only."

4. "What else can I do?"

We live in a world where mediocrity is the rule. Going the extra mile
is not simply something to be read in the story of the Good Samaritan.
He would have us understand that, symbolically, we should be ready
to go the extra mile in our work, in our callings, in our friendships, in
our family relationships. The blessings are huge when we ask this
question, and then follow up.

5. "What would Thou have me do?"

Praying is essential in any of our endeavors.
By making it a matter of prayer, and asking Father what He would
have us do, we will get direction on how to live a more abundant, loving life.
He will guide us, through the Holly Spirit, in knowing how to better give love
and gain strength. He will teach us more about faith and our thoughts and
deeds will improve. We will receive blessings unmeasured.

Unmeasured. In our Father's kingdom, we will receive blessings unmeasured.
So many, we will not be able to contain them. On a small scale, right now,
we can start building our blessings as we offer them freely to others
